How do I manage my license to accept key files?

Hi,

I am attempting to download PPT and pdf's and I receive a popup block stating:

Could you help me with this?

  Hello Amy,

  Your product no loner accepts manual key file installation. Go to my.avira.com to manage your licenses.

  The license manager will suggest managing your license in your account via my.avira.com.

  Please contact the support team, they can discuss and clarify your issue.
