    The support team can check your installation and find or fix the error. From there, checks can be initiated that we do not have access to here.

    Hi Pascha, thanks for your feedback. I did have Avira Prime, because the Safe Shopping extension is free so I don't use Avira support included in subscription to ask about this problem. Anyway thanks for your support.
