I received an offer for Avira Prime.  However, the offer says my computer is compatible. It is running Windows 10.  Why is my computer incompatible?  I have Avira Free now.

  Despite our best efforts, it is not possible for us to understand your question.
  Why is the computer incompatible?

  • Where did you purchase the Prime licence? (Avira Online Shop?)
  • Is it displayed in your customer account under subscriptions?
  • Did you install the software by clicking on "INSTALL" from here?
  • Did you receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail?
  • Which Windows version, version number?
  • Who reports that the computer is incompatible? Please a screenshot.

  Please log in to your customer account:

  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home with the e-mail address that was entered during the order process and the activated licence will be displayed under Subscriptions                   https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 
  If the licence is not displayed there, there is an error with your email address or your password, i.e. your access data to your Avira customer account.

  Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Did you install the software from here?

  Here you will find instructions on how to purchase and install the Prime version, including installation on the other operating systems.

  I currently am using AVIRA free, and am receiving offers to upgrade to Pro.  When I click on the offer to upgrade, there is a message at the bottom that notifies me that "your computer is incompatible"   I run windows 10.  Why is it incompatible?  I don't understand. I do not wish to pay for an upgrade that is incompatible with my computer, so I have not purchased the upgrade yet without knowing if it will work.  Seems pointless.  Please help me understand why my computer running Windows 10 would be incompatible with the upgrade from Fee to Pro
