Optimization suite says I don't have Prime
I just upgraded to Prime but when I open the Optimization suite it's says I don't have prime. On my account page it says Installed License: Prime, do I have to uninstall everything then reinstall. Also my basic sub was set to auto-renew on 5/28 but since Prime was on sale I decided to upgrade so I just want to be sure I won't be charged for both the auto-renew and the year of Prime.

So, you now have 2 licenses running.
The Optimization Suite and the Prime version.
These 2 versions are not entirely understandable, why overlapping licenses?If the Optimization Suite with its individual applications is installed, you can expect difficulties when you install the Prime version.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Unfortunately, questions regarding your license or Avira payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in compliance with the GDPR.It would be advisable to contact the support team to help you clarify the two licenses.

I have the same problem. I upgraded by the special offer and the install button on the email takes me to a page which says I don't have a subscription. There are no instructions at all on how to upgrade the product.
