    We have removed the activation code for your security.

    Unfortunately, we cannot say anything about why your computer is running so slowly. We do not have access to your device and do not know your settings. In order to comment on this, they are important.

    Premium customers with a valid licence can contact the support team directly:

    Based on your contract documents available there, the support team can initiate checks on your system, to which we have no access from here. We are a public forum, personal data may not be processed here according to the Data protection GDPR. Information/data can be exchanged with the support team by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR.
