    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home.
    Under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
    your license will be displayed.

    Permanently deleted user

    Avira does not recognize my access data and thus will not allow me to get into my account.  I checked with Cleverbridge and they confirmed my purchase with reference number xxxxxxxxx (deleted)   It should be under a yahoo.com address.  I've tried to use every option that you show to fix this, but currently have a useless product.

    We do not really understand your problem.
    You were told that the license was activated under a Yahoo account.
    What happens when you register/log in there with this email address and a password of your own choice?
    Is this e-mail address verified by you, did you confirm during registration that you are the owner of this e-mail address?
    Do you no longer know which e-mail address you used to order the license?
    What are you trying to fix, especially how? Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    If you then receive confirmation that a Yahoo account has been activated with the license - where is the problem? Then it is a usable product.
    With the correct email address registered, Premium customers (with a valid license) can also contact the support team directly.
