Avira hacked?

I just logged into my gmail account using avira password manager. Immediately after this log in the icon in Chrome went grey and refuesed access to all passwords. A log in on avira.com asked for the master password but this is not accepted. Recovery option using an iPad with face recognition is not working as the app also immediately asked for the master password. Same on the 2020 iPhone with the fingerprint. It looks like i lost all my passwords and nothing is recoverable even with knowing my master password. 

Anny ideas?
