speakers do not work after I install and run Vira speedup optimization
CompletedMy speakers do not work after I install and run Avira speedup optimization. I have tried to uninstall the realtek audio driver and let the system reinstall itself, and reboot, it does not work. I have tried to restart "window audio" and "window audio endpoint builder" services too, does not work neither.
Can anyone help?

Hello Lam Chiu Cheuk,
Unfortunately, you did not provide any further details - e.g. the OS and the Avira version - without which it is very difficult to get an idea.
We have just seen that you have also contacted the support team with detailed information and have already created a ticket there.
In this ticket you created with the precise descriptions you will receive further information. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Many greetings and have a nice Sunday

Hi pascha :
Thanks for your advise.
I am using Windows 10 64bit version 1607, computer is Asus 230IC with intel core i7. Avira version is newly installed (I can't see the version number).
Thanks for your help.
