Cannot uninstall Avira/Avira keeps reinstalling itself
Hello,
I'm on PC, on Windows 10. I've been trying for three days now, no way to get rid of Avira.
I did as told on this page: https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003162153-How-do-I-uninstall-my-Avira-product-
And the uninstallation process goes on indeed, but when I turn off then turn back on my computer, Avira is back, at least the antivirus, launcher, and a third one.
I tried manually deleting the files, yet it's either asking for permissions that I normally have, preventing me to delete it, or it cannot be uninstalled because the program is still running in the background, program that I CANNOT stop even through the task manager.
I even tried using SEVERAL apps like Revo Uninstaller to make sure I delete absolutely ALL Avira-related files, and still, like every time, Avira is gone, until I turn off my computer... Then I turn it back on later, and it's back!
What am I supposed to do? How do I get rid of Avira once and for all, and without having it reinstalling itself? Because I'm seriously starting to consider saving my important files to some external hard drive and entirely whiping this one clean at this point.

PS: There is only the Launcher and the Antivirus left, the third thing got deleted it seems, but the two others do keep coming back.

PS again: Oh wait that's new. This time I can't even try uninstalling it (using the same method shown here https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003162153-How-do-I-uninstall-my-Avira-product- again, I don't know I'm trying agai,n we never know), but I can't even do that!
Says that "it's impossible to uninstall Avira because it is used by the following applications: Software updater". Might it be the same thing that also reinstalls Avira to my computer?
