I didnt receive any verification code on my sms to enter my PWM Account

I use 2FA on my phone number, so i would have to receive a sms message to login to my account.

I´ve been trying to enter my PWM feature using my  free Avira Account, but I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY MESSAGE. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. My phone number is correct.

obs: sorry for my bad english, i am not a fluent english speaker

  Hello Pedro,

  Here you can find instructions on how to install the 2-phase authentication:

  and in this guide:

  After a correct installation, the 2-phase authentication should work.
