How am I able to have Avira security back after the upgrade of PC system

Dear sir/ madam:

I had purchased Avira Prime on 2021/04/29 by the time when my PC system was WIN7.

But right now, I upgrade my system to WIN10; how am I able to have the service which I had paid for back ? 

Here below are the difficulties I encountered so far, please give me a hand: 

Q1:  I had signed in my Avira account; there is no any Avira subscription at all; therefore I don't know what's my license no.

Q2: I cannot find the proper link to illustrate me how to install not to buy Avira Prime because I don't want to pay the same service twice.

  Please log in to your customer account with your access data at
  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home    in your customer account.

  Please ensure to enter the email address with which the license was purchased. Afterwards, the license should be displayed under Subscriptions
  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans     and click on "Install" to start this process immediately.

  Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
