I have subscribed to a 60 day prime free trial for Avira Prime but I have not received the license. Instead, I received an email saying that there will be a slight delay with the delivery of my license and that it will typically take 1-2 days to be fixed. It has been almost 2 days and I still have not received my license. I am planning to cancel my subscription before the 60 days. When can I be expecting my Avira Prime Subscription??

I cannot contact support team where it says "Contact us here" under Home on the support page it does not redirect me to any page. I am assuming this is because I don't have an Avira Prime license but I am not sure. my biggest concern is that cleverbridge has already started my 60 day prime free trial and will send me a billing after the 60 day.please can you confirm

If you are not logged in to the customer account with the email address you used to order the license and a password of your choice, you will not be able to connect to support. You have received an email and a reference number.
We cannot confirm whether Cleverbridge has started an invoice. We do not have access to your order, your account or the creation of invoices at Cleverbridge.
As we have already written, we are a public forum, personal data may not be processed here according to the Data protection GDPR.

If you receive an invoice, you also have a deadline for a refund with the access data of your order.
