VPN doesn't connect at all no matter how many times I click on connect. I use W10 and Avira Prime is good till Nov 2021

  I have the same problem, but only for Canada.  I can connect to all other countries on Windows and iOS.

  For fun, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Avira software, but still have the same problem, and only with Canada
