    If you experience any problems, we are pleased to provide instructions on how to fix the error.
    You have not provided any information, neither about your OS nor about your Avira version.
    Unfortunately, we have no insight into your device, your installations or even your network.
    If no connection to the network can be established, then it would make sense to check your settings in your network.
    With the search engine of your choice, you will find instructions to check or fix your network problem to find the "specific files".

    I have Windows 7 pro pc

    i removed old version 

    i am connected to the net. I have no idea what the error is. 
    i am installing avira_en_spt1_1500010_spotlight-release.exe 

    I don’t have this file.

    Hello Larry,

    Win 7 is an OS that has not been updated by Microsoft for a long time.
    You should think about an up-to-date OS, for your safety, urgently reconsider an up-to-date one.

    We do not know whether these links can still be used today.

    The technical changes may well cause problems with updates that are no longer adapted.
