    Hello Frank,

    Please log in to your customer account with your access data (the e-mail address you used for the order and the password you chose for it).
    Important, the e-mail address with which the license was purchased!
    Your license will then be displayed and can be installed from there:

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans

    If you have an invoice, it will be displayed after you log in. If no license is displayed, you are not registered with the correct e-mail address.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    Unfortunately, questions about your license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. You will only be connected to the support team if you have an activated license.

    Hi my reference number 333648642   I see I have being charged £85.99 payment subscription . I have not being and still not in good health this has being on going for a year or so  and Iv not payed any attention to my Avira account or any other account . When I say my health is not good Iv had cancer , covid , and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and at the moment I can't afford the subscription fee £85.99 if possible please could I have a cancellation and a refund of my money or keep my account but regrettably I still request a refund  .  with respect thank you  .  Colin Larssen
