Junk remover is stalled - mac OS Catalina

I am using the junk remover for the first time (avira prime) and it has stopped Fixing Issues at 83% (704 kb / 5.1 mb).  Activity monitor does not show it "not responding" but it has been at this status for several minutes.  Mac OS 10.15.7 on a late-2012 imac.  Should I force quit or keep waiting?

  Hello Andrea,

  Well, the first run could take up some time. So please let it run for a while as - especially browser cache - could be a bigger amount of data to analyze.
