Activity log window missing in new update

I used to access this useful window by clicking "Open app" in Windows Security -> Virus & threat protection settings:

For example, it had a great clean interface for viewing expandable logs if you clicked on Activity:

After the Avira update this week, when I click "Open app" in Window Security it opens the standard dark grey interface instead:

How can I reach the old window, especially the Activity log in the new version of Avira? Thank you.
