Problem with Avira Prime
AnsweredHi. I,ve just upgraded to Avira Prime. Security > Protection Options it said You,ve got a full protections but only Real protection is turned on. Web Protection, E-mail Protection and Ransom Protection is off and it,s informing me it's not installed. I've tried few times to reinstall avira and it's still the same.

Unfortunately, you did not provide us with any information on how you installed the Prime version. You have also not given us any information about the procedure for the new installations for repair.
Please make a new installation with prior uninstallation and cleaning according to the following instructions:
