    I  can not install my avira prime on my lap top, can you pls guide me how to do it. i have uninstalled avira free version many times but it seems it is  still there and would not go.

    I have purchased the Prime version  on the 01/08/2021 and down load it but would not install.

    You have not provided any information about the installed OS and your exact installation procedure.

    Unfortunately, you have not sent us all important information.

    • Which OS is installed on your system, exact version description
    • Exact description of your procedure when attempting the installation

    i cant install avira prime in to my dekstop windows 7 ultimate / i3 8gb ram  i dont know why please help me !

    Win 7 is an old operating system that has not been updated by Microsoft for a long time. Have you installed all available updates?

    I already payd for Avira Prime and got the invoice and an e-mail with the confirmation. When I clic on "Instal now", it didn't work. What shell I do?
