Avira Password Manager

I have Avira Free. The Password Manager does not open. If I click on Privacy, Passwords nothing opens. Just a blank screen. My OS is Windows 10. Does anyone know how this can be resolved?

  I uninstalled and re-installed. Passwords still there.
