Hundreds of legitimate files put in RESTORED folder on desktop with no way to restore them. No internet outage when scan started and no way to stop the scan other than putting it on hold for 10 minutes. I selected to restore the files put in quarantine and everything ended up in the "RESTORED" folder. Also, there was no choice to allow specifying they were legitimate. 

An aside. I use Explorer++ and never had a problem with it until I installed Avira. Now when I "right click" on an empty space in the folder (or, occasionally, on a "folder object" (e.g., another folder or file), it crashes Explorer++.

  Was there ever a response to this?  It looks like this is a common issue with no response from Avira.
