URGENT Windows 10 64bit.....The umbrella on the task bar is closed.....

..... and when l click on it the page says "real time protection is off" and the button to the right of it says "Fix Now" but when l click on it it goes out for a moment and nothing happens..... and below that the Antivirus Pro has a red dot and says "Two services report an Alert", So l press the Quick Scan button and again nothing happens???

  We recommend a repair installation of your Avira software. Have you already done this?

  Please proceed as follows:

  On your computer, click the Windows button in the taskbar.
  Select Settings.
  Click on Apps.
  Select Avira Security and click Uninstall.
  Click on Repair in your Avira program.
