I need help. Antivirus is not working at all

Real Time Protection automatic turn off, I have uninstalled and installed Avira several times and still not working, also when i manually do an scan and it detects a virus I click "move to quarantine" but when I go to quarantine there's nothing, Antivirus is not working at all in my macOS Catalina 10.15.7

  Unfortunately, you did not specify which Avira version you have installed.
  Could you please describe in more detail what is not working to your satisfaction?

  From where did you download the installation data?

  Is it a free or a paid version?

  Is the detected during or after the scan displayed?
  Can you recognize the detection or take a screenshot?
  Please describe your problem and the exact messages you want to move to the quarantine.

  Is the Real-Time Protection and Quarantine which is not working

  I have installed the last version of Avira Free, I can only perform an manually scan because Real Time is not working, when the scan is finished and detects some viruses I move them to quarantine but when I go to quarantine window is empty, there are nothing of viruses I moved to quarantine

  The problem is:

  1- Real Time Protection turn off automatically and when I turn it on still not working

  2- Files found in manually scan (not Real Time because is not working) moved to quarantine disappear

  Did you download your installed version:

  1. As an App Store version from Apple or

  2. Downloaded from Avira at  https://www.avira.com/en/free-antivirus-mac
