I don’t not have an account with you. You’re sending me emails that I don’t want and purposefully, have an “unsubscribe” button that doesn’t work. Then, you act confused when people ask you to remove them from your email list. Fix this or I’ll contact the FCC.

  I would like to cancel my subscription please. I have a new computer and been advised not to add any more protection as it might clash with windows
