    • Which OS, exact Version
    • Which Avira version, Free or pay
    • The exact installation procedure so far
    • Is there an error message
    • New or reinstallation

    Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support directly. The support team has access to your customer account and to your installation. You already know the way to the support team.
