I am finding it frustrating to communicate with you
CompletedPlease help me to correct a problem logging on my users account. I have forever, since I first created this account, not been able to logon. I have been using Facebook to login. I discovered that I made a typo when I missed spelled my email providers name. I typed sbcglbal.net which should have been sbcglobal.net. m(missing "o") Since I could not get in using the password that I remembered. I went into password manager and recreated my account with the email providers name properly spelled. This was a error because this is different than my users login account.
I found a place that I could change my users account name and did so, Wow same problem exist. I the passed I created another users name but the the account information didn't transfer to the that account (xxxxxxxxxgmial.com)
I found the place where I could delete my original account but it did not work. Still would not let me login Using my new users name (xxxxxxxxxxicloud.com) And all my account information has changed. Would like to get password manager and subscriptions back. I understood this was possible before I deleted the original account. Well you should be weary of listening to this tale. Thanks Roy
