PRIME
AnsweredHave a "PRIME Account" valid until 16 May 2024 my account says. However 3 days ago the Avira app on both my laptop and desktop says "Avira Free security" and asks me to "Get Prime". Both devices are Windows 10. If I click my name on the device's Avira app it takes me to my Avira account and says "PRIME" installed for both devices. Yet the app on both machines says "Free" and asks me to "Get Prime". It is as though the verification subscription server is down. I have no access to the PRIME features anymore on both the laptop and desktop machines. Is anyone else having this issue?
