Refund!
here's the situation:
1. I found that the payment was automatically made without my permission, therefore I apply for the refund;
2. But I accidentally cancelled my previous account with the same EMail address of the present account, without downloading the avira software and using the purchased service, and found that the provided procedure from the Support doesn't work at all;
3. I don't need the purchased product, and need the EMail address where I can contact for the purpose of refund;
4. If you cannot give me an effective contact, can you ask relevant department to contact me?

just stop coppying the same information for me! it just doe not work! because I cannot find the email connection for the refund! the webpage is outdated and information is deceptive!
