Get rid of Avira Launcher (generic)

Good morning.
The problem is simple: I need to compile some code with DevC++ anche Avira Free blocks everything making my work impossible.
I uninstalled it, but now when I attempt to install some programs, I can't since there's still Avira Launcher (generic) executing.
How can get rid of it and make my laptop clean again? I need these software for work, it's unacceptable that an antivirus could spread files like that making the system unusable!

  Try with Avira Registry Cleaner, it worked for me.
