Can't uninstall

I tried the "uninstallation guide" and obviously it didn't work. Im on current windows 10 as of the time of this posting. I uninstalled using IOBit as well, and manually removed all associated files I can find in ProgramFiles and ProgramData AND AppData.  I am trying  to switch to Kaspersky but every time I try to install it, the installer says that Avira Launcher is still installed. This is outrageous please help me get rid of this.
