Screen is blank

Hi I'm on windows 10 and using the free version of Avira but whenever I open the app it just gives me a blank screen in the picture attached. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but nothing works. Please help.

It's difficult to get an idea without more information.
Did you download the version from here https://www.avira.com/en/free-antivirus-windows?
Did you cleanly uninstall or clean up your system before the new installation?
or
If something is still unclear, please tell us your Windows 10 installation (version number with current updates).

Yes I installed the version from there and yes I did a clean installation each time I tried reinstalling. My windows 10 version is Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

If you have carried out a manual reinstallation several times, then this behaviour should not be due to the Avira version.
Maybe you should check your installation. We can't do that from here, we don't have access to your customer account.
There will certainly be a reason why you do not install Windows 10 on the current version:
