Avira Password Manager "Free" Does Not Accept Master Key on PC

I use Avira Password Manager "Free" but the extensions and the website do not recognize my master password, they have already changed me four times from my mobile and on my PC it continues to deny me access.

I am worried that the mobile will send it to technical service, and it is possible that they will return it to me without the applications that I had installed, including PWM, and I am intrigued that when I install it again, the master key does not work and I will have a problem.

I also use it on my mobile with Android 11 with the mobile not working well, the autofill is always disabled due to the incompatibility of the function.
(This doesn't bother me at all)

  You still have Windows 7 in use. You know that Windows 7 is quite old and no longer supported by Microsoft.

  Due to the limited possibilities, it is very difficult to support outdated operating systems in a forum.
  Technology continues to evolve, so operating systems that are no longer updated can cause difficulties.
