Vpn unlimited not turning on in my Samsung tab

The vpn works on my S21 but will not turn on in my samsung tab. I have reinstalled it several times. The icon appears then disappears immediately. When I try to tap in the turn on button, nothing happens.

  Now it isn't eorking on my samsung phone as well!!!!
