Getting instantly logged out after logging in.

I recently reinstalled my operative system and when I went to log in to PWM I put in my email and password as usual and then verify via phone as per usual and then at last the master password, after that I get thrown back to the initial login screen. I am using the latest extension on the latest version of chrome on the latest windows update.

  I am experiencing this issue now as well after reinstalling my operating system. I use Google Chrome Browser and can log in when the PWM Chrom extension is not installed, however, all the passwords are missing. When I install the PWM Extension, it signs me out after every I enter my Master Password. I can't access my passwords now and any help would be appreciated.

  The reason behind the problem is that these new users have their default folder corrupted or damaged. It's an important folder for first-time sign-in, and since Windows doesn't find a place, it simply logs out the user.
