my Prime subscription
Dear Sir / Madam
I need some help. I had subscribed for an annual Avira Prime subscription but that contract seem to be terminated. I've tried to contact you in various ways and it seems (see reply here below) that a support team sent me an answer. When and how? I cannot find anything, neither in my email box, nor in my ' Avira Account '.
