Avira phantom vpn installer not working on Mac OS Monterey

I downloaded the installer from Avira and I opened the .dmg file, waited for at least 5 minutes before re downloading the installer and waiting again. It still does not work on Mac OS Monterey, but I had a old Mac on Mojave and it works in there. Can someone please help me?
