Error not letting me scan or update - MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
CompletedI tried clicking on full scan and quick scan inside of the Avira Antivirus app but it just won't let me click on the button it just stays grey like I can't click it I tried going to the top of my screen and click on Avira icon and starting a quick scan but that won't work either also in activity the scheduled scans won't work and 6 times in a row Avira failed to update. Please help me i'm on macOS 10.15.7 and since Avira won't update its version is 1.9.2. Along with that there is no button saying "Update" in status next to the header on the left. My last update was one week ago.

Please describe your Avira version, the exact name.
Also, the exact installed macOS version with version number - is important.Have you already reinstalled your version?
