Can't move forward on installation (can't add all "full disk access" permissions) - Catalina

When installing and getting to the part that I have to add the "full disk access" permissions, I only get "Avira Scan Service" on the options so I can't move forward on the installation since it is waiting me to add also the "web services" one.
Tried re-installing and all that, same everytime! Had to go for other antivirus while I don't figure this out.

  Here's a screenshot. Only one of the needed appear on the list, so I can't move forward on the setup.
  Had to install another antivirus just in case, but I would prefer Avira.
