renewal notices

On November 23rd I paid twice for the renewal of my licence namely 51$ and then 73$ as this prime option was offered during the process. I was charged twice for the license on my credit card. I have opened a ticket with your support service but I did not get a reply and I keep getting notices that my renewal expires on December 21st. Can you help me with a refund of 51$ and stop the notices as I have paid for prime for 1 year. Thank you.
