    We regret the inconvenience caused by the missing button.

    In that case, it would make sense to contact the support team. This case has happened before, and I remember that it could be corrected by the support team at that time.
    Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly:

    We hope that a solution will be found there. They can look at your contract documents, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account here in a publicly accessible forum.
