    Your request here in the community is not completely understandable. You have already contacted the support team and created a ticket there.
    Please check your email addresses in your Avira customer account, you have 6 addresses there. Please check whether they are verified.
    Keep your questions please in the ticket you created, you will get additional information there.

    Have you already tried to look for "TotalAV" with the search engine of your choice? There you will get information about what is meant by "TotalAV" and what software is behind it.
