IMy credit card charged $103. avira prime is on main computer, but cannot get prime on other 3 computers and my android cell phone.

I purchased Avira  Prime for $103 on my credit cqrd.  It loaded on primary computer, but will not load on other 3 computers, nor on my android cell phone.  I tried using the 9 digit number given to me by Avira, but it does not work.  My credit card company will remove the charge tomorrow.  Why does Avira use a 2nd party company to handle the $$?  That seems to be the problem. You appear to have great software, but the offer of 5 devices for the $103 for Prime is simply not true.

  Here you can find an illustrated installation guide, also the installation on the other operating systems.
