How to remove Avira host optimizer

Hello

I have successfully uninstalled Avira antivirus Free edition but I still have Avira Host Optimizer running as a service.

Here is my system details:

Hardware: PC with Intel Pentium 355U @ 1.7GHz, RAM 6.0Gb

OS: Windows 8.1, 64 bit

Firewall: Windows 8.1 system Firewall

Avira installation file: avira_en_sptl1_00530f139d901c58__pavwws.exe (Version: Avira 1.0.21.2469)
