It's not possible to connect the VPN. Please try again later - error

I don't think I have ever been able to connect the Phantom VPN to this computer.

I downloaded and installed the latest version for WIndows 10.

Still giving me the "It's not possible to connect the VPN. Please try again later - error"

ANyone have a solution for this? It looks like it is pretty common problem.
