Screen Blank for Windows 10 Pro

For some odd reason When I had the free version and tried it out I got the pro version. But the pro version is just a blank screen I don't know if I messed something up or it's just not working. I'm really worried.

  It is strange that you install Free and then the Avira Pro version is installed.

  • Which OS is installed on your system? Exact version number and all updates?
  • From where did you download the Free version?
  • Did you have an Avira version installed before?
  • Please describe exactly the procedure of your installation.
  • What troubleshooting did you already do?
  • What is under subscriptions in your customer account - exact description?
  • Have you installed a free trial subscription "Avira Pro"?

  Have you already carried out a de-installation and then a new installation?
