Disable expired subscription auto-renewal
CompletedHello. I have tried Avira Prime trial for 3 month. Just to understand benefits of paid subscription over the free version. It is already expired.
Finally I decided, that paid one is useless for me, but I can't disable the attempts to renew it automatically. I receive emails about non authorized payments every day, but I don't want any of this payments to be done! Because of this I have to keep my card almost empty, to prevent unwanted transactions.
There is no way to disable expired Avira Prime from My account, there is no way to contact support, since I don't have any subscription. What should I do?

You have already contacted the support. Please check your email addresses in your Avira customer account.
You can log in to your customer account with the email address that was used for the order. There you can find your license under Subscriptions: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans.You can get additional information from the support you have already contacted.
