paid subscription but didn't receive any email
CompletedHi, I have made a post in another thread regarding this.
I signed up for Avira Pro when I browse through other antivirus webpage. It was about a dollar promotion and I've put my email address on it. Few days ago, the payment haven't been cleared and now it's already cleared.
I have the receipt number, however I didn't receive any email regarding this. And since I am not in a paid subscription yet, I can't contact customer service.
Any tips on how to manage this?
It's just a dollar, but I just don't want to get charged next year when I even can't access the paid service.

Unfortunately, there is only one way for you to get your license.
Log in to your customer account with the email address you used when you placed your order.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.Again,
