Avira PRO on Windows 11 (Paid Subscriber) VPN connects but doesnt work - cant use internet

I have Avira PRO with Phantom VPN on my Windows 11 Acer Aspire A115-32 PC

Everything works. The VPN will even connect. It will show that it successfully connected but no browsers will work. Everything Just times out. I tried disabling windows defender in case that was interfering in some way... nothing. VPN is not functioning properly. Any ideas?
