    Hello Brenda,

    if you are logged in to your account, you can use the instructions to deactivate your subscription. You have  3  email addresses stored in the Avira customer account. Please pay attention to the email address with which the license was ordered!

    With an active license, you can contact support.

    Please log in to your account with the email address you used when ordering and the password you chose for this subscription. After that, you can adjust the settings in your customer account according to your wishes.

    Without the access data to your account, you will not be able to contact the support team. With the correct registration of the paid subscription, you can contact the support team directly as a premium customer:

    As I said in my original message, those instructions did not give me the results shown. I must not have a subscription, but I want to disable attempts to bill me.  Most sites offer that.  This one does not seem to do so. Is there any way I can make sure that I don't get charged in the future> Again, these instructions do not give me the screens that are shown. Thanks.
