I want to cancel my subscription and need a refund. My order number is 316xxxxxx. I could not do it on the site, the page does not open. Support is not working. Please cancel the order

  We have removed your order number for your safety.
   
  Please log in to your Avira account with the email address you used to order the license. 
  At   https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans   your license will be displayed and can be installed from there. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is activated immediately. If nothing is displayed, the access data is not correct. 

  If you are logged in correctly, you can contact the support team directly as a Premium customer with a valid license:

  • https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us  scroll down to Contact Avira
